The organization has as its mission to give young people the opportunity to participate in the creation, implementation and promotion of local events with a strong European dimension. Indeed, as an organization Eurobox has yearly experience in implementing ideas that range from local meetings, debates to workcamps and larger projects on the themes of international volunteering, solidarity, inclusion, youth employability and sustainability, together with the strong positioning beside the European Union values amongst which the fight against every kind of discrimination and against climate change and its consequences. The present project is then in continuity with the activities of the proponent organization in regards to its vision: think local, act European, be global. “From the local to the global and vice versa” is indeed the fil rouge that links all the projects proposed through the years: the desire to adopt a global and holistic view that is still always grounded in the realities of the various territories impacted by the issues addressed by the project and later by the project activities themselves. Besides the operational continuity, Eurobox has already gained a great experience in working on Youth Participation, which in this project will be tightly linked to the need of action in order to fight climate change and the array of social and environmental struggles that derive from it; indeed, at the moment the organization is coordinating a KA2 on youth engagement for the 2024 European Election (2022-3-IT03-KA210-YOU-000100613 Engage and Report: 2024 elections by young people).

Tavo Europe (Lithuania) is an organization that gathers trainers, youth and social workers, youth policy makers, experts, and volunteers with different levels of competencies to be actively involved in the creation of civic activities with European dimension and with benefits for their local communities. They are strongly devoted to fighting against irresponsible behavior that people have regarding the environment. They believe, in line with this project’s analysis, that a low degree of involvement among the youngsters has an impact on the environment – as low engagement contributes to indifference regarding environmental issues and, subsequently, a poor management of all the limited natural resources. Tavo, together with this consortium, believes in informing, motivating and providing the necessary instruments for the youths to represent an efficient long-term investment that ultimately produces improvements in the environment.

Espacio Joven de Maracena (Spain) is a part of the local public body of the City Council of the municipality of Maracena, one of the most important cities in the metropolitan area of Granada (Andalusia/Spain). The Espacio Joven de Maracena is a socio-educational institution in charge of responding to the needs of the youth group, promoting in dynamic ways (especially in activities in and for leisure and free time) the participation and education of young people, while working to prevent habits that are harmful to them. They have extensive experience in working through non-formal education methods, developing values and committed to promoting citizen participation with the aim of creating a better society. In addition, they are supported by a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals.

The organization Walktogether (Bulgaria) has several years of experience organising activities such as mobilities, campaigns, debates etc. on the theme of environment and ecology and the knowledge surrounding them, doing so in local events, community locations, schools, universities and more. The aim of the organisation is to share and inspire young people both with various environmental competencies and green skills or those who have little to no experience but who want to learn, to meet like minded peers both locally and on an international level. In their local activities, they experiment with the surrounding environment, with the goal of bringing together hard-to-reach groups (such as minorities, socially unequal people, people with various difficulties etc.) and working together on their creativity, social awareness, the increase of their competencies and the discovery of their talents.
